At Al Noore, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The item is not damaged by the customer

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products with broken or damaged seals

  • Items damaged after delivery


Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
